Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)
The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course equips pilots for multi-crew cockpits, emphasizing communication, teamwork, decision-making, and workload management. It highlights Crew Resource Management (CRM), standard procedures, and cockpit discipline vital for airline roles.
Candidates need a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and must comply with CASA regulations.
Participants enhance CRM skills, communication, coordination, decision-making, workload management, situational awareness, and threat management.
Training involves a multi-crew jet simulator, like a B737 or A320, with classroom theory, simulator practice, scenario exercises, and debriefings, focusing on practical skills.
